Why I opened the library
I was tired of repeating myself at 1am to a stew who deserved a better first season than I had.
I did not start with a brand. I started with notes on my phone: how this owner likes the sundeck, how to pack out a 45m, what I would tell my younger self in Antibes with a cheap suitcase and a new STCW.
The girls I trained began asking for the notes. Then girls I had never met. I cannot sit on every passerelle. I can leave the order I use.
This library is that order. It is not a placement agency. It is not a promise of a 70m. It is the kitchen-table version of a chief's head, written so you can start without the pile of tabs.
Take what is useful. Leave what is not. Then go do the work on a real boat, in the sun, with your own name.
